Many workers silently struggle with addiction, depression, burnout, trauma, or suicidal thoughts. Many people are embarrassed to ask for help, don't know where to turn without risking their job, or may not have the financial means to step away from work and get real help.

EPZ Project is a nonprofit dedicated to improving access to mental health care, addiction treatment, and recovery support for lineworkers, skilled tradespeople, and their families. Through financial assistance, trusted treatment partnerships, and ongoing support, we work to remove the barriers that prevent individuals from getting the help they need.
